   Proposal Description:
   The objectives of the project "Examining Genetic Associations in AD" are two-fold. First, we aim to discern genetic influences on mixed AD-Lewy Body dementia, and how they differentiate from subjects who have strictly AD pathology. Second, we aim to understand genetic factors which may "protect" APOE e4 carriers against development of the AD. We are requesting DNA in order to conduct whole-exome sequencing and investigate genomic sites of interest.
